Weekly or biweekly cutting, trimming and edging, done on a rhythm you can count on. Your lawn looks looked after, and you never have to think about it.

A lawn only looks good when it is cut regularly, and regularly is the hard part. We cut, trim and edge on a fixed rhythm from the first growth in May through the last cut in October, so your yard keeps its shape all season instead of swinging between overgrown and scalped.
Every visit includes mowing, string trimming around fences, trees and beds, edging along walks and the driveway, and blowing the clippings off the hard surfaces. Neighbours notice. So do tenants and customers.
Most city lawns are Kentucky bluegrass sitting on heavy clay, which means they explode in late May, go dormant and crunchy in a dry July, then come back for one more push in September. We adjust cutting height through the season, a little longer in the heat so the roots stay shaded, and we never take too much off in one go. Cutting on the same day each week also keeps the growth even, so the lawn looks the same in week 12 as it did in week 2.
Rental properties and commercial properties are welcome. One less thing for a landlord to chase, and a storefront with a tidy boulevard is a storefront people trust.
