Exterior painting, interior painting, and staining for fences and decks. The prep gets done, the lines are clean, and the finish is chosen to last through the winter, not just the summer.

Paint is the fastest way to make a property look cared for, and prep is the difference between a job that lasts eight years and one that peels in two. We paint exteriors and interiors, and we stain and seal fences and decks, with the scraping, sanding, washing and priming done before a brush touches colour.
Exterior work runs from late spring to early fall while the temperatures are on our side. Interiors happen year round, which makes winter a good time to get rooms done.
Exterior paint here has to survive minus 35, plus 35, and the freeze and thaw in between. We use exterior products rated for that range and we only paint in the right conditions, which is why the exterior season is short and worth booking early. Stucco, which most older Winnipeg homes have, needs the cracks addressed and the right primer, or the new coat fails along the same lines.
For fences and decks, a stain in the first year and a fresh coat every few years is the cheapest way to double the life of the wood. If we built it, we can stain it in the same season.
